Specification standard stand construction
Each standard stand (minimum of 12 m² ) is provided with:
- rear/side walls; gross dimensions 100 x 250 cm, aluminium construction with white panels
- floor tiles
- frieze frame
- lettering on frieze frame (max. 20 letters)
- lockable storage space of 1 m²
- 1 spotlight per 4 m²
- standard electricity supply (up to 3 kW) with socket
- power consumption
- 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 counter, 1 stool
The organisers will take exhibitors' preferences into account as far as possible, but will have to allocate the definitive locations of the stands on a "first come, first served basis".

After registration exhibitors will receive an exhibitors manual containing information on service providers and all other specifications for exhibitors, including subscription forms.
An exhibitor visitor ticket for the UIC HIGHSPEED 2008 Trade Exhibition will cost € 35 per day (incl. 19% VAT). This ticket can be bought on site in Amsterdam.
